You Need:

Large Ripe Pears3- cut to small pieces
Small Onion1-chopped
Dry Cranberries1 cup
Apple Cider Vinegar1 cup
Brown Sugar1 cup
Jalapeno1 -chopped and seeded
All Spice1 tsp.
Lime Juice1 tbsp.
Salt just a pinch
Black Pepperjust a pinch

Instructions:

Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes or until thickened. Stir occasionally.

Serve warm or at room temperature.

Makes about 3 cups.
