You Need:
Large Ripe Pears | 3- cut to small pieces | |||||
Small Onion | 1-chopped | |||||
Dry Cranberries | 1 cup | |||||
Apple Cider Vinegar | 1 cup | |||||
Brown Sugar | 1 cup | |||||
Jalapeno | 1 -chopped and seeded | |||||
All Spice | 1 tsp. | |||||
Lime Juice | 1 tbsp. | |||||
Salt | just a pinch | |||||
Black Pepper | just a pinch |
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes or until thickened. Stir occasionally.
Serve warm or at room temperature.
Makes about 3 cups.
