4 Mesclun or Mix Greens. | 6 oz. |
5. Sprouts . | 4 oz. |
6. Masago . | 3 oz. |
7. Salmon . | 1 pound. |
7. Black Sesame Seeds. | 1 tbsp. |
6. Tabiko . | 4 tsp. |
For The Dressing:
Seasonings: | Amount |
---|---|
1. Toasted White Sesame Seeds | 1/4 cup. |
2. Granulated Sugar . | 1/4 cup. |
2. Dark Soy Sauce. | 3 tsp. |
3. Bonito Stock . | 1/2 cup. |
3. Ponzu Sauce . | 2 tbsp. |
4 Chili Sesame Oil. | 1 tsp. |
Instructions:
To make the dressing, mix all the ingredients in a small bowl.
In advance, cut the skinless Salmon into a cubes and the cucumbers into a lengthwise slices.
In a large bowl combine all the ingredients for the salad and toss with dressing.
Arrange salad in a nice bowl (preferably chill), sprinkle with the toasted sesame seeds, and garnish with a spoonful of tobiko.
You can pair this salad with Martini or nice chill white wine like Pinot Gris or Sauvignon Blanc.
Serve 4 portions.
