Instructions:
What do I do if its too dry?
If the mixture seems too dry try adding a splash of water. I would do 1 tablespoon at a time. This helps bind everything together.
Alternatively you can always add an extra scoop of peanut butter, honey or maple syrup to bind everything together!
Can I make it gluten free?
Yes, you can. Get certified gluten free oats.
Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Stir to combine. Let the mashed banana and Chia seeds soaked for at least 30 minutes before adding them to the mixture. I like to start with a fork and then with my hands. If the mixture gets too sticky, wet your hands a little so you can combine everything better.
Place in the refrigerator for 15-30 minutes so they are easier to roll.
Roll into small bites and store in the fridge for up to a week.
