Oven baked meatballs are delicious and healthier than the fried version. This is my go-to recipe for tasty meatballs, that you can use in your pasta or serve with some tasty sauce or garnish. This meatball recipe reduces mess and fat by baking the meatballs instead of pan frying them. This recipe is inspired by my Bulgarian heritage and is a bit different, than the Italian meatballs that most people know. But different in a good way :)!
