How to Store the vinaigrette:
What I also love about this dressing is that you can make a lot and store it in the tight lid containers in the fridge for up to 3-4 weeks. If you find the oil starts to separate out from the dressing, give it a vigorous shake for 1-2 minutes before using it to re-emulsify the ingredients.
- Blend ingredients: Add all the ingredients to a jar, place the lid and close it. Shake it well until all the ingredients are well blended.
Serve: Serve drizzled over your favorite salad. The dressing will need to be shaken again before serving.
- Both red and white wine vinegar work beautifully in this dressing. Feel free to go with whichever you have on hand. I tend to opt for white more than the red.
