No Fuss- No Muss and in 20 minutes you have the most gorgeous and tasty side dish for you Christmas Dinner.

You Need:

Rainbow Carrots6-8 large
Honey 4 tbsp.
Saltto taste
Black Pepperto taste
Olive Oil1 Tbsp.
Butter2 Tbsp.
Fresh Orange Juice1 orange

Instructions:

Wash the carrots well and cut them to halves. In a large sauté pan arrange the carrots and cover with water.

Boil the rainbow carrots for about 5 minutes over medium temperature to soften them up. Discard the leftover water and add the olive oil and sauté for 3-5 minutes over low heat. Add the butter, salt and pepper and sauté for another minute or two. Add the honey and then the fresh orange juice. Continue to cook for 2 more minutes, until you get this reach glossy sauce.

Remove from the stove and sprinkle some fresh chopped parsley. Serve while hot. If you want to reheat them just heat them gently on the stove over low heat.
