I really love asparagus and one of my favorite ways to enjoy them is as tasty asparagus and tomato salad. Quick, easy and delicious salad, a healthy choice for everyone.

Tomatoes. | 2 medium size. |
Olive oil. | 4 tbsp. |
Salt. | To taste. |
Feta cheese. | For a salty bite. |
Instructions:
Wash the asparagus and season with pinch of salt, black pepper and 3-4 tablespoons of olive oil. You can cook them on the grill or in frying pan for 3-4 min. until nicely browned and tender-crisp. When ready, arrange them in plate with tomatoes seasoned with salt, black pepper and olive oil. If you like, you can sprinkle feta cheese for a salty bite.
