The garlic butter sauce is tasty and in our house often used sauce. We always prepare garlic butter sauce for lobster tail and often for pizza, pasta, bread and shrimp scampi. We always like to prepare this sauce at home, rather than buying it from the store because we like to know what’s inside. We also like to use real butter and seasoning to our taste. This recipe for garlic butter sauce is just perfect for lobster tails but if you add some grated Parmesan or Romano cheese you can use on pizza, pasta or bread. |Unsalted butter.||1 stick – 4 oz.|
|Black pepper.||To taste|
|Lemon juice.||1/2 a lemon|
Place s skillet over medium heat and melt 1 stick of butter. Add about 1 tsp. finely chopped garlic. Incorporate together for a few minutes, so the garlic gets infused into the butter. Add a pinch of salt, black pepper and finely chopped parsley. Serve warm.
