Fall Salad with Cranberries, Walnuts, Feta Cheese and Dijon Vinaigrette

This Fall salad is not just pretty but also tasty, bright and tangy, this colorful salad is the perfect side dish for the fall season, add a grilled chicken and you have a meal. You have the cranberries, apples and walnuts and it is perfect for autumn! It is made with delicious honey mustard dressing, a great side for poultry during the holiday season.

This is the perfect salad for you, have the crunch from the apples and not to mention the vitamins, the tanginess from the cranberries-yam and saltines from the feta cheese . This is one nutritious and delicious salad. It will make you glow and feel good that you have your vegetables, greens and fruits all in one salad- winner.

I want to tell you that the dressing in this salad become one of my favorites. I can prepare it large quantities and keep it in the fridge. Its super easy and goes very well with a lot of different salads.

You Need:

Mix Greens16 oz.
Dry Cranberries1/4 cup
Walnuts1/4 cup
Feta Cheese1/4 cup

You Need:

For the dressing

Dijon Mustard 1 tbsp.
Apple Cider Vinegar 5 tbsp.
Honey 3-4 tbsp.
Brown Sugar 1 tbsp.
Olive Oil 2 tbsp.
Salt just a pinch


Start with making the dressing. Get your favorite mason jar and add all the ingredients listed above for the dressing, closed the lid tight and shake it very well. Adjust seasoning if necessary.

In a large bowl add the mix green, chopped on small pieces apple or thinly slices, cranberries, walnuts and feta cheese crumbles. Drizzle on top the Dijon vinaigrette. Toss the salad carefully.

Serve: 2-4
